To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
   6200 Rolling Road in Springfield, Virginia, as the ``Captain Mark 
   Stubenhofer Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: July 12, 2005 -  [H.R. 
                                1460]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 6200 
Rolling Road in Springfield, Virginia, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Captain Mark Stubenhofer Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Captain Mark Stubenhofer Post 
Office Building''.
