To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
151 West End Street in Goliad, Texas, as the ``Judge Emilio Vargas Post 
       Office Building''. <<NOTE: July 12, 2005 -  [H.R. 1072]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 151 West 
End Street in Goliad, Texas, shall be known and designated as the 
``Judge Emilio Vargas Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Judge Emilio Vargas Post 
Office Building''.
