To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 1 Boyden Street in Badin, North Carolina, as the ``Mayor John Thompson 
  `Tom' Garrison Memorial Post Office''. <<NOTE: Aug. 2, 2006 -  [H.R. 
                                4688]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1 Boyden 
Street in Badin, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the 
``Mayor John Thompson `Tom' Garrison Memorial Post Office''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Mayor John Thompson `Tom' 
Garrison Memorial Post Office''.
