To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
 at 7 Commercial Boulevard in Middletown, Rhode Island, as the ``Rhode 
 Island Veterans Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: June 25, 2004 -  [H.R. 
                                3942]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7 
Commercial Boulevard in Middletown, Rhode Island, is hereby redesignated 
as the ``Rhode Island Veterans Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Rhode Island Veterans Post 
Office Building''.
