                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 2 West Main Street in Batavia, New York, as the ``Barber Conable Post 
       Office Building''. <<NOTE: June 25, 2004 -  [H.R. 3690]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2 West 
Main Street in Batavia, New York, shall be known and designated as the 
``Barber Conable Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Barber Conable Post Office 
Building''.
