                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 7 Commercial Street in Newport, Rhode Island, as the ``Bruce F. Cotta 
     Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: Oct. 30, 2002 -  [H.R. 670]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 7 
Commercial Street in Newport, Rhode Island, shall be known and 
designated as the ``Bruce F. Cotta Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Bruce F. Cotta Post Office 
Building''.

    Approved October 30, 2002.
