An Act
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at
600 Calumet Street in Lake Linden, Michigan, as the ``Philip E. Ruppe
Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: June 18, 2002 - [H.R. 1374]>>
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.
The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 600
Calumet Street in Lake Linden, Michigan, shall be known and designated
as the ``Philip E. Ruppe Post Office Building''.
SEC. 2. REFERENCES.
Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Philip E. Ruppe Post Office
Building''.
