                                 An Act


 
To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
 at 114 Ridge Street, N.W. in Lenoir, North Carolina, as the ``James T. 
Broyhill Post Office Building''. <<NOTE: Oct. 19, 2000 -  [H.R. 4534]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 114 
Ridge Street, N.W. in Lenoir, North Carolina, shall be known and 
designated as the ``James T. Broyhill Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``James T. Broyhill Post Office 
Building''.

    Approved October 19, 2000.
