Letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives Transmitting 
Supplemental Budget Requests for the Legislative Branch and the Judicial 
Branch for Fiscal Year 2005

Dear Mr. Speaker:

    As a matter of comity, I am transmitting to the Congress, without 
modification, the enclosed requested amounts from the Legislative Branch 
and the Judicial Branch for FY 2005.

    The details of these requests are set forth in the enclosed letter 
from the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
