Regulatory Commission

To the Congress of the United States:

    As required by section 307(c) of the Energy Reorganization Act of 
1974 (42 U.S.C. 5877(c)), I transmit herewith the Annual Report of the 
United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, which covers activities 
that occurred in fiscal year 1997.
