of Building Sciences

To the Congress of the United States:

    In accordance with the requirements of section 809 of the Housing 
and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701j-
2(j)), I transmit herewith the annual report of the National Institute 
of Building Sciences for fiscal year 1997.
