To amend section 220 of the National Housing Act to make a technical
correction to restore allowable increases in the maximum mortgage limits
for FHA-insured mortgages for multifamily housing projects to cover
increased costs of installing a solar energy system or residential
energy conservation measures. NOTE: Apr. 1, 2004 -  [H.R. 3724]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress NOTE: Energy Efficient Housing
Technical Correction Act. 12 USC 1701 note. assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ``Energy Efficient Housing Technical
Correction Act''.

SEC. 2. TECHNICAL CORRECTION.

Section 220(d)(3)(B)(iii)(V) of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C.
1715k(d)(3)(B)(iii)(V)) is amended by striking ``with respect to
rehabilitation projects involving not more than five family units,''.
