To the Congress of the United States:
    Consistent with the provisions of 19 U.S.C. 1330(c)(1), this is to 
notify the Congress that I have designated Shara L. Aranoff as Chairman and Daniel Pearson as Vice Chairman of the United States International 
Trade Commission, effective June 17, 2008.
