Message to the House of Representatives Returning an Enrolled Bill for 
Technical Corrections
November 1, 2005

To the House of Representatives:
    Consistent with House Concurrent Resolution 276, I am hereby 
returning the enrolled bill H.R. 3765, ``An Act to extend through 
December 31, 2007, the authority of the Secretary of the Army to accept 
and expend funds contributed by non-Federal public entities to expedite 
the processing of permits,'' to the House of Representatives for the 
purposes of making necessary corrections.
