Subject: Delegation of Functions under Section 9 of the AGOA 
Acceleration Act of 2004

    By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of 
the United States of America, including section 301 of title 3, United 
States Code, I hereby delegate to you the functions and authorities 
assigned to the President under section 9 of the AGOA Acceleration Act 
of 2004 (19 U.S.C. 3701 note).
    You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the 
Federal Register.
