Letter to Congressional Leaders Transmitting a Report on United States 
Intelligence Provided to Multinational Organizations
February 9, 2001

Dear Mr. Chairman:
    In accordance with section 308 of the 1997 Intelligence 
Authorization Act, I am forwarding to the specified committees of the 
Congress the eighth semiannual report on U.S. intelligence provided to 
the United Nations and other multinational organizations. This 
classified report details the types and volume of the intelligence 
support provided by the United States during the 6-month period ending 
September 30, 2000, and the purposes for which it was provided.
