Nomination for a United States District Court Judge
September 23, 1994

    The President announced today the nomination of Patrick J. Toole, 
Jr., for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of 
Pennsylvania.
    ``Patrick Toole has a profound commitment to public service,'' the 
President said. ``He will serve Pennsylvania well on the Federal 
bench.''
