Nomination for a United States District Court Judge
September 20, 1994

    The President today nominated Kathleen M. O'Malley to serve on the 
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
    ``I am proud to nominate Kate O'Malley to the Federal bench,'' the 
President said. ``She has an outstanding record of excellence and 
achievement in the legal profession and in public service.''
