Nomination for United States District Court Judges
August 12, 1994

    The President today nominated three individuals to serve on the U.S. 
District Court: David A. Katz for the Northern District of Ohio; and 
Robert J. Cindrich and Sean J. McLaughlin for the Western District of 
Pennsylvania.
    ``These nominees will bring exceptional legal talent to the Federal 
bench,'' the President said. ``I know they will serve our country with 
distinction.''
