Nomination for a District of Columbia Superior Court Associate Judge

    The President has nominated Rhonda Reid Winston to serve on the 
Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
    ``Rhonda Winston's solid legal background and dedication to justice 
will be a great asset to the DC Superior Court and the Nation's 
Capital,'' the President said.
