Nomination for Chairman of the African Development Foundation
March 16, 1994

    The President today announced his intent to nominate Ernest Green as 
Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of the African Development 
Foundation.

    ``Ernie is a close friend whose contributions to the United States 
have already changed the course of this Nation,'' the President said. 
``His talents will be a tremendous asset to this important foundation.''
