Statement on the Closing of the Embassy of Rwanda

    The United States cannot allow representatives of a regime that 
supports genocidal massacre to remain on our soil.

Note: This statement was included in a statement by the Press Secretary 
announcing the closing of the Embassy of Rwanda and ordering all 
personnel to leave the United States.
