Nomination for United States District Court Judges
June 21, 1994

    The President today announced the nominations of three individuals 
to serve on the Federal district bench: Mark W. Bennett for the Northern 
District of Iowa; and Salvador E. Casellas and Daniel R. Dominguez for 
the District of Puerto Rico.
    ``These three nominees have impressive records of achievement in 
both the law and public service,'' the President said. ``I am confident 
that they will serve with excellence and distinction.''
