Letter to Congressional Leaders Reporting Budget Rescissions
June 4, 1993

Dear Mr. Speaker:  (Dear Mr. President:)
    In accordance with the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control 
Act of 1974, I herewith report six proposed rescissions, totaling $176.0 
million in budgetary resources.
    These proposed rescissions affect the Departments of Housing and 
Urban Development, Justice, and Transportation. The details of the 
proposed rescissions are contained in the attached reports.
