    Q. Mr. President, do you feel that you can extend health care to all 
the uninsured in the first----
    The President. I think we're going to have a very successful health 
care program that will be very much like the one I talked about when I 
started the campaign. It will be very good. I think----
    Q. But do you think you can do it?
    The President. Wait until we come out with it; you'll see.
