Notice of Intention To Enter Into a North American Free Trade Agreement 
With Canada and Mexico
September 18, 1992

    On September 18, 1992, under section 1103(a)(1)(A) of the Omnibus 
Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988, I notified the House of 
Representatives and the Senate of my intention to enter into a North 
American Free Trade Agreement with the Government of Canada and the 
Government of Mexico.
    Pursuant to section 1103(a)(1)(A) of that Act, this notice shall be 
published in the Federal Register.
