SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the “Wetlands Conservation and Access Improvement Act of 2025”.SEC. 2. AVAILABILITY OF INTEREST ON OBLIGATIONS HELD IN FEDERAL AID TO WILDLIFE RESTORATION FUND.
