<section id="d12351e82" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>ROSA PARKS FEDERAL BUILDING.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y51e9175d-e80b-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Designation</inline>.—</heading><content>The Federal building located at 985 Michigan Avenue in Detroit, Michigan, shall be known and designated as the “Rosa Parks Federal Building”.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y51e9175e-e80b-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">References</inline>.—</heading><content>Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Rosa Parks Federal Building”.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y51e9175f-e80b-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Repeals</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y51e91760-e80b-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1/c/1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content><ref href="/us/pl/109/98">Public Law 109–98</ref> (<ref href="/us/stat/119/2168">119 Stat. 2168</ref>) is <amendingAction type="repeal">repealed</amendingAction>.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y51e91761-e80b-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/46/s1/c/2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>Sections 1 and 2 of <ref href="/us/pl/109/101">Public Law 109–101</ref> (<ref href="/us/stat/119/2171">119 Stat. 2171</ref>) are <amendingAction type="repeal">repealed</amendingAction>.</content></paragraph>
