SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the “Recognizing the Importance of Critical Minerals in Healthcare Act of 2023”.SEC. 2. REQUIRED CONSULTATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
