<section id="d33488e103" identifier="/us/pl/118/233/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>REQUIRED CONSULTATION WITH THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Paragraphs (4)(C) and (5)(A) of section 7002(c) of the Energy Act of 2020 (<ref href="/us/usc/t30/s1606/c/4/C">30 U.S.C. 1606(c)(4)(C)</ref> and (5)(A)) are each amended by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>Health and Human Services,</quotedText>” after “<quotedText>Agriculture,</quotedText>”.</content></section>
