<section id="d33865e94" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Women’s Suffrage National Monument Location Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d33865e104" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>WOMEN’S SUFFRAGE NATIONAL MONUMENT.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y930b37ca-e80d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Site</inline>.—</heading><content>Notwithstanding <ref href="/us/usc/t40/s8908/c">section 8908(c) of title 40, United States Code</ref>, the Women’s Suffrage National Monument shall be located within the Reserve.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y930b37cb-e80d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Applicability of Commemorative Works Act</inline>.—</heading><content>Except as provided in subsection (a), <ref href="/us/usc/t40/ch89">chapter 89 of title 40, United States Code</ref> (commonly known as the “Commemorative Works Act”), shall apply to the Women’s Suffrage National Monument.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y930b37cc-e80d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Definitions</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>In this section:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y930b37cd-e80d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2/c/1" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10 smallCaps">Women’s suffrage national monument<inline class="noSmallCaps">.—</inline></heading><content>The term “<term>Women’s Suffrage National Monument</term>” means the commemorative work authorized to be established under <ref href="/us/pl/116/217">Public Law 116–217</ref> (<ref href="/us/usc/t40/s8903">40 U.S.C. 8903 note</ref>).</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y930b37ce-e80d-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/118/226/s2/c/2" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Reserve</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Reserve</term>” has the meaning given such term in <ref href="/us/usc/t40/s8902/a/3">section 8902(a)(3) of title 40, United States Code</ref>.</content></paragraph>
