<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x992c4a1a-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Congressional Budget Office Data Access Act.</p></sidenote>
<section id="d30633e88" identifier="/us/pl/118/104/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x992c4a1b-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t5/s101">5 USC 101 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Congressional Budget Office Data Access Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d30633e103" identifier="/us/pl/118/104/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>CONDITIONS OF DISCLOSURE FOR FEDERAL AGENCY INFORMATION WITH THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x992c712c-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Subsection (b) of <ref href="/us/usc/t5/s552a">section 552a of title 5, United States Code</ref> (commonly known as the “Privacy Act of 1974”), <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y992c712d-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/118/104/s2/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="redesignate">redesignating</amendingAction> paragraphs (11) and (12) as paragraphs (12) and (13), respectively; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y992c712e-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/118/104/s2/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> after paragraph (10) the following:<quotedContent><paragraph class="indentUp0 fontsize10" id="y992c712f-e811-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="11">“(11) </num><content>to the Director of the Congressional Budget Office, or any authorized representative of the Director, in the course of performance of the duties of the Congressional Budget Office;”</content></paragraph>
