<section id="d46121e85" identifier="/us/pl/117/41/s1" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>ALYCE SPOTTED BEAR AND WALTER SOBOLEFF COMMISSION ON NATIVE CHILDREN REPORT.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section 3(f) of the Alyce Spotted Bear and Walter Soboleff Commission on Native Children Act (<ref href="/us/pl/114/244">Public Law 114–244</ref>; <ref href="/us/stat/130/987">130 Stat. 987</ref>) <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>3 years</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>5 years</quotedText>”.</content></section>
