<section id="d115943e94" identifier="/us/pl/117/247/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Data Mapping to Save Moms’ Lives Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d115943e104" identifier="/us/pl/117/247/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>MAPPING BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY AND MATERNAL HEALTH OUTCOMES.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7c3da86d-e818-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/117/247/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Incorporation of Maternal Mortality and Severe Maternal Morbidity Data</inline>.—</heading><content>Not later than 180 days<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x7c3da86e-e818-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x7c3da86f-e818-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Time period.</p></sidenote> after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Federal Communications Commission shall incorporate publicly available data on maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity, including for not less than 1 year postpartum, into the Mapping Broadband Health in America platform of the Commission.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7c3da870-e818-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/117/247/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Consultation With CDC</inline>.—</heading><content>The Federal Communications Commission shall consult with the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding the maternal mortality and severe maternal morbidity data that should be incorporated under subsection (a).</content></subsection>
