<section id="d83502e94" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Save the Liberty Theatre Act of 2021</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d83502e104" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>DEFINITIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x52754c81-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  In this Act:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y52754c82-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s2/1" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">City</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>City</term>” means the City of Eunice, Louisiana.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y52754c83-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s2/2" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Map</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>map</term>” means the map entitled “Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, Proposed Boundary Revision and Disposal”, numbered 467/168813, and dated December 2020.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y52754c84-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s2/3" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Secretary</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Secretary</term>” means the Secretary of the Interior.</content></paragraph>

<section id="d83502e138" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>LAND CONVEYANCE.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y52757395-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s3/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Conveyance Authority</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretary shall convey to the City, by quitclaim deed and without consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcels of land described in subsection (b).</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y52757396-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s3/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Description of Land</inline>.—</heading><content>The parcels of land referred to in subsection (a) are Lots 5 and 6, less the North 27 feet of Lot 5, Block 22, of the Original Townsite of Eunice, generally depicted as “Proposed Disposal Area” on the map.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y52757397-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s3/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Availability of Map</inline>.—</heading><content>The map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</content></subsection>

<section id="d83502e171" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s4" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><heading>BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENTS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x52757398-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Upon the conveyance to the City of the land described in section 3(b), the boundary of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve shall be adjusted to exclude—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y52757399-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s4/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>the conveyed land; and<page identifier="/us/stat/136/1172">136 STAT. 1172</page></content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y5275739a-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/112/s4/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>Lots 7 and 8 of the Original Townsite of Eunice generally depicted as “Non-NPS in Current Boundary” on the map.</content></paragraph>
