<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula>
<section id="d143527e85" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee444bc6-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee444bc7-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Cooperation.</p></sidenote><heading>ENERGY SAVINGS FROM LUBRICATING OIL.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="xee4499e8-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Energy, in cooperation with the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, shall—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yee4499e9-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>review and update the report prepared pursuant to section 1838 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yee4499ea-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee4499eb-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Consultation.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee4499ec-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Data.</p></sidenote><content>after consultation with relevant Federal, State, and local agencies and affected industry and stakeholder groups, update data that was used in preparing that report; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yee4499ed-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee4499ee-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Strategy.</p></sidenote><chapeau>prepare and submit to Congress a coordinated Federal strategy to increase the beneficial reuse of used lubricating oil, that—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yee4499ef-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>is consistent with national policy as established pursuant to section 2 of the Used Oil Recycling Act of 1980 (<ref href="/us/pl/96/463">Public Law 96–463</ref>); and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="yee4499f0-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><chapeau>addresses measures needed to—</chapeau><clause class="fontsize10" id="yee4499f1-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3/B/i" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="i">(i) </num><content>increase the responsible collection of used oil;</content></clause>
<clause class="fontsize10" id="yee4499f2-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3/B/ii" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="ii">(ii) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xee4499f3-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Public information.</p></sidenote><content>disseminate public information concerning sustainable reuse options for used oil; and</content></clause>
<clause class="fontsize10" id="yee4499f4-e831-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/115/345/s1/3/B/iii" style="-uslm-lc:I658126"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="iii">(iii) </num><content>promote sustainable reuse of used oil by Federal agencies, recipients of Federal grant funds, entities contracting with the Federal Government, and the general public.</content></clause>
