SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Access to Criminal History Records for State Sentencing Commissions Act of 2010''. SEC. 2. ATTORNEY GENERAL TO SHARE CRIMINAL RECORDS WITH STATE SENTENCING COMMISSIONS.
