        To extend the commercial space transportation liability 
             regime. <<NOTE: Dec. 28, 2009 -  [H.R. 3819]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. COMMERCIAL SPACE TRANSPORTATION LIABILITY REGIME 
                              EXTENSION.

    Section 70113(f) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``December 31, 2009.'' and inserting ``December 31, 2012.''.

    Approved December 28, 2009.
