A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Office of Management and Budget should direct all Federal agencies to postpone for one year the implementation of major rules; to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
