A bill to halt removal of aliens to Haiti until a report is made to the Congress on the status of post-earthquake humanitarian, reconstruction, and development efforts in Haiti; to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
