S. 1554--A bill to amend the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency 
    Prevention Act of 1974 to prevent later delinquency and improve 
    the health and well-being of maltreated infants and toddlers 
    through the development of local Court Teams for Maltreated

    Resource Center to assist such Court Teams, and for other
