    Representatives for the service to our Nation of the Coast Guard 
    and Marine Corps aircraft pilots and crewmembers lost off the 
    coast of California on October 29, 2009, and for other purposes; 
    to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in 
    addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
