    Mountain Sanctuary for celebrating its 75th anniversary, 
    commending the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary for its contributions to 
    the preservation of wildlife and the native ecology of the 
    Appalachian Mountains and eastern Pennsylvania, and commending the 
    Hawk Mountain Sanctuary for its dedication to educating the public
