H. Res. 376--A resolution expressing support for designation of the 
    calendar year 2009 as ``The Year of the Safe Child'' to raise 
    awareness and encourage the prevention of unintentional injuries 
    among the Nation's children; to the Committee on Energy and 
    Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, for 
    a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
