H.R. 915--A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, to authorize 
    appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal 
    years 2009 through 2012, to improve aviation safety and capacity, 
    to provide stable funding for the national aviation system, and 
    for other purposes; to the Committee on Transportation and 
    Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on Science and 
    Technology, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
