H.R. 852--A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to issue 
    Re-Build America Bonds to finance essential infrastructure 
    projects; to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to 
    the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period

    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction
