H.R. 750--A bill to allow postal patrons to contribute to funding for 
    gang prevention programs through the voluntary purchase of certain 
    specially issued postage stamps; to the Committee on Oversight and 
    Government Reform, and in addition to the Committee on the 
    Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
