H.R. 71--A bill to amend the Federal Power Act to provide for 
    enforcement, including criminal penalties, by the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission of electric reliability standards, and for 
    other purposes; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in 
    addition to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
