H.R. 4072--A bill to require that certain Federal job training and 
    career education programs give priority to programs that provide a 
    national industry-recognized and portable credential; to the 
    Committee on Education and Labor, and in addition to the Committee 
    on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
    the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
