H.R. 3891--A bill to improve research on health hazards in housing, to 
    enhance the capacity of programs to reduce such hazards, to 
    require outreach, and for other purposes; to the Committee on 
    Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on 
    Financial Services, and Agriculture, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
