H.R. 3583--A bill to provide for a subsidy to sellers and buyers of 
    fish directly delivered to American Samoa from vessels with United 
    States fisheries endorsements that manufacture for the United 
    States; to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to 
    the Committee on Ways and Means, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
